Hire Period
Outfits will be despatched to arrive, or made available for collection the day prior to your event. They must be returned / despatched by the Monday following the event
Prices
Prices are per Frock up price list.
Full payment is required at time of booking.
Prices are liable to increase without notice.
$200 will be held as a security deposit per dress. This will not be processed unless the garment is not returned in a timely fashion, or is returned with serious damage.
Overdue hires will be charged at 25% of the total hire charge for every day late.
Cancellations notified seven or more days prior to hire date- 50% of hire fee will be withheld by Frock Up.
Cancellations notified six days or less prior to hire date- Frock Up will retain full hire value.
General All goods are the sole responsibility of the hirer when taken / received from Frock Up, and are hired on the understanding that they are returned in an undamaged condition, on the return date which is marked on the hire docket.
The hirer will be liable for the cost of specialist cleaning due to unusual staining of any hire goods.
The hirer will be held responsible for the full replacement value (at current retail price) of any garment, accessories or hired items that in our opinion have been subject to malicious damage, loss or theft. Frock Up will cover all accidental damage
Frock Up will not be held responsible if by reason of fire, accident, strike, lockout or force majeure, or for ANY reason beyond their control, any hired article is not available.
Frock Up will not entertain complaints regarding fake tan marks on the dress. All Frock Up dresses are laundered thoroughly.
Do not make any amendments, modifications or additions to Frock Up dresses or alter them in any way.
Do not attempt to clean or wash Frock Up dresses in any way.
As a health requirement Underpants must be worn when trying on or wearing Frock Up Dresses.
Incorrect supply must be notified on the day of collection, claims of incorrect supply will not be entertained after the wear date. Frock Up will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to non or incorrect supply. Frock Up dresses must not be returned on Wire Coat Hangers.
Purchase Should you desire to purchase your hire dress and notify us prior to or on return, we will deduct the hire fee from the purchase price. P.O.A.

Within Victoria:
• Fittings, Pick up & Drop off available by appointment
• Parcel service $15 each way
Other States:
• Overnight courier service $40 each way. |
